Mr. Walker, a North Carolina native, has been in business for himself in Charlotte for the past 15 years. He utilizes a strong work ethic and extensive background in business analysis to oversee general operations of all departments of Remodel Auction. Several years of field research and development lead to the vision of Remodel Auction, Inc. in the first quarter of 2005.

Prior to 2003, Walker held significant executive positions in operations, information systems, and finance: Retail Stockbroker in 1990 (managing 400 accounts in ten states), Corporate Securities Group (NASD Principal and Branch Office Owner), JW Genesis Securities (Branch Owner of a National Broker Dealer) later bought out by fifth largest bank holding company in the United States, First Union Bank. Mr. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Technology and Business from Appalachian State University.

Mr. Kimel is a founding partner of our company and plays a key role in corporate planning and business development. His vital leadership of research and development efforts helps guide the company’s strategic vision for our expansion plan, including new product development and identification of acquisition opportunities. Mr. Kimel recognizes the close relationship between his success and the strength and vitality of our business. Mr. Kimel helped establish the Raleigh and Charlotte territories with planning and processing dozens of remodeling projects to completion in both locations. Mr. Kimel brings to Remodel Auction significant investment banking relationships and human resources in the Construction and Technology Industries.

Mr. Kimel has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from High Point University.

Mr. Bass comes from a long line of contractors. Both his grandfather and father were licensed general contractors. He brings the knowledge of what he has learned in the industry from the last 15 years of working with builders.

Mr. Bass also worked in management for one of the top remodeling companies in the eastern United States for the last 4 years. He was consistently a top producer in the company generating several million in company revenue.

Raised locally in the Raleigh area, Mr. Bass also brings a vast knowledge of professional crews and the proper market areas of town in which Remodel Auction can prosper in business. He attended East Wake High School and East Carolina University.

Mr. Sell has had thousands of satisfied customers in the nine years he has lived in North Carolina. He was an award winning manager for one of the largest residential remodeling firms in America for seven years. He has natural born leadership characteristics, and is a visionary. His hopes are to make huge improvements to the way residential remodeling business is done. He is an active member of his community, and currently lives in Morrisville, North Carolina with his wonderful wife and beautiful four year old daughter.

Mr. Vernon joined the Board of Directors of Remodel Auction to assist with strategic planning, corporate development and implementation of scalable operational procedures in preparation for regional expansion. Mr. Vernon, as Operations Director for Vernon Produce Inc., has significant experience managing large distribution accounts. Vernon Produce of Winston Salem, NC has been in business for 80 years and is one of the largest produce distribution centers on the East Coast. Chris Vernon's appointment is a key element of Remodel Auction's corporate strategy to align its business around our pricing technology strengths and growth opportunities in the Remodeling Industry.

Mr. Vernon has a degree in business from High Point University.
